A hot and sticky week. It has been quite a busy time. I took some pictures down to the art and craft shop in Polis called 'That Nice Shop', and  they are now hanging up on the wall down there. They have some lovely items there, well worth a visit.  Then a quick dash up to Latchi for another camera lesson. Ever tried to photograph the sun, really had dots in front of the eyes. I had a brilliant white picture with nothing on it, sun was of course far  too hot, as were we! We were being taught light and dark and what settings to use. My picture of the sun was of course very over exposed. 
Think I will settle for soft ones of flowers. Practised here trying to highlight the inside of the moon flower.

Back to the picture, not easy in this heat even with the fans on, but it is gradually getting there.  

I have filled in a little more background and am now starting on the fur of the monkey.
