Off to another camp today. This one is on stilts and built into the trees over a watering hole for the animals.
Something really different than the tented camp w have been at. Walking around the odd tree trunk and branches that it is built around.  In the evenings bush babies scamper along the walkways  looking for nuts or the odd titbit's . Tree frogs in the bathroom share your shower, this is nature at it's best! As long as slippery Sam the snake does not curl up in my bed.We actually have proper beds here, not the camp beds we were getting used to. All this up in the trees! Just waiting for Tarzan to come swinging out of the jungle.

The area around here is quite lush and green so hope the animals don't hide away.
No, they were out to greet us, first the magnificent cheetah, then we came across some ostrich and of course the odd elephant or two and some wildebeest.

Animals in all shapes and sizes, horns or no horns, twitching tails and shaggy manes, strutting with feathers or swinging from trees. You could never tire of watching this wonderful  wildlife of ours.

I will never make a brickie, even trying to paint the bricks and they still seem to wobble!
Gradually trying to fill in and find my way around with this picture and the paints.
Must try to stop rinsing my brush in my coffee though!! Ugh, does not taste right afterwards.

Have a good week and see you next time.
