Our last week at gourd decorating was rather intensive. Still have aching muscles in the arm that must have come out of retirement whilst doing these gourds.
But I have thoroughly enjoyed the course and would recommend it to anyone.
My last gourd carved and yes, you have guessed it, an elephant appeared!! Our instructor Savvas was greatly amused and was showing it off . Seems it might be the only gourd with elephants in Cyprus.
Klaus varnished it for me as I did not have any wax, and the class is now finished.  Now there is another one waiting to be done in time at home.

Have managed to get on very well with my picture this week and have finished Charlie.
Now I only have to get it framed and then he goes up on the wall.
Now I only have to take a photo of Benji our other dog ready to paint.
