A busy week at our gourd class. Really enjoying it even if it is hard on the old fingers. Some of the straight lines we are shown go slightly round the bend, and the squares are not quite as they should be, but so what, I am still pleased with the result.
I have finished my first smaller gourd and it has now been waxed. Just have to find a place to show it off in the house.
We have now started on the next one, and that is coming along nicely. Lines are straighter and well, the squares are not too bad!

Here is the next gourd ready to be drawn out and then cut. Can feel an elephant coming up on this one. Watch the circle!

Charlie is doing nicely, slowly  getting finished . I have been  working on the nose and the mouth and continuing down.
Just waiting for him to give me a kissy lick!
