We were able to move to our new home, down here in Goudi, and thankfully all the unpacking of what seemed like a hundred and one boxes, we are now sorted out. The lock-down here was helpful as we were unable to go out, so got on with the sorting out.
Once everything is back to normal, I hope to go out and about in this village where we have settled.
We are surrounded by orange trees and the perfume from the blossom is heavenly. We also have plenty of lizards around, which I love to watch. Many years ago I used to keep lizards and have always had a love for them and reptiles. Here in the garden they are very hard to creep up on, but come in all sizes. The roof of the boiler room is a real meeting place and a load of them lie there bobbing their heads at each other. Occasionally a fight breaks out.
Also a couple of the big boys not quite as big as this one from a previous house where we once lived, but soon will be.
For my next art, I have chosen a picture of a donkey, not my photo . This came quickly to hand, until I get a little more sorted out on the art side, but a real picture from Cyprus.
Hopefully you caught up with me this week.
Stay safe and see you next time.
