Slowly but surely building up the facial features. I have worked a little more around the eyes, but will touch up on them when I challenge myself with putting in the specs. Reflections in glass is something I have hardly done, so have not started this area yet. It will be next weeks challenge. In the meantime have started with the cheeks and his nose. Wrinkles to come!
Summer seems to have arrived a little earlier out here in Cyprus so how about a relaxing glass of local wine,
And just to freshen up a dip in the sea. Better watch we don't sink!!
We were shown a picture of an African carved gourd with a giraffe on it, and challenged to do something like it. So here is a lamp and a bowl.
Hopefully will be trying out some other African animals and themes.
