'Olly owl is now finished, just waiting to be mounted and framed. I do like this picture, there is a feeling of night time atmosphere, can just see an owl sitting up in the tree looking around for a snack.


                                                                     

Thinking of doing this elephant picture for my next one. I do love and admire these majestic animals, and having lived out in Africa and been amongst them, I get drawn towards painting them.

Have just seen the first of the house martins swooping over the field outside. Spring is now here and the start of summer soon.
