I big apology to my followers, especially Tanith. It has been a rather hectic week one way or another, especially leading up to Christmas. I have not managed any art this week, but will be back at it straight after Christmas, so the next blog should have a little more of my picture done.

Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas

                                     Happy New Year

Here we are going into Christmas, so here are some photo's  of a Christmas holiday  we had  in Kenya on the Mombasa  coast over the Christmas holiday.  One to always be remembered.  We had moved from living in Africa back to England,  and after many years of living  in England  this was a wonderful treat to go back again if only for that period. A part of us in our hearts will always live out there.

Standing down at the beach and watching Santa arrive in a dugout canoe, then having him come around to the children in the hotel with presents.  Guests had also given presents for the local staff children around.

A lovely Christmas  evening meal all laid out beautifully

Christmas morning service at the little local church in the township, sitting on wooden benches and friendship all around.

The garden are all laid out.
